Thank you for shopping with LPG Hockey.
All products are made to order and shipped through our production partners. Because each item is custom made, please allow time for production before shipment.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
During high-volume periods such as holidays, playoffs, or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, customs, or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, LPG Hockey is not responsible for replacement costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered and fulfillment locations.
